Which precious metal investments do we offer?
We offer gold in different weights between 0.10 gram and 1 kilogram. The customers are free to choose the denomination. Our gold has the purity of 999.9/1.000, therefore 24 Karat. Our gold bars are, of course, manufactured by companies that have a LBMA certification. More about the LBMA certification.
Which gold bars do we offer and is it possible to choose the brand manufacturers?
Please note that even if you are free to choose the denominations of the units of gold, you cannot choose the brand manufacturers/minting.
Here is some information about the gold we sell:
The gold bars may come from the following countries: Turkey, USA, Australia, Germany, and Switzerland. These denominations are possible: 0.10 grams, 1 gram, 5 grams, 10 grams, 20 grams, 50 grams, 100 grams, 250 grams, 500 grams, and 1000 grams. Here, the fineness is 999.9/1.000. The bars are new and individually shrink-wrapped in check card format. They are, of course, LBMA certified and have a serial number. On the back, there are certificates and a hologram for protection.
Are the bars certified?
Each gold bar has a certificate which is provided to our customers.
Who guarantees the authenticity of the gold?
Can I remove losses of the tax which result for me from my gold investments?
Yes, if these losses are realised within the speculation period. However, only if they can be offset against income from other sales on a private basis. Since tax laws are often amended, it is important for you to always consult a tax advisor for information on the current legal situation in tax matters. All the information we provide you with here is only intended to pass on basic general information. Under no circumstances do they replace the advice we recommend from a tax consultant.
Do I have to pay withholding tax on my gold deposit holdings?
If you are tax-assessed in Germany and hold your gold holdings beyond the speculation period of 12 months, private individuals do not have to pay a flat rate tax on profits. However, due to the possibility of a changing legal situation, you should always consult a tax advisor before considering or making a sale of gold from your portfolio. Please understand that we can therefore only explain the current tax situation in general terms at this point.
How safe is my gold?
As the owner, you have an exclusive right to the gold stored in safes or vaults. The highly proven 6-eye principle that we practise for the storage and retrieval of deposit holdings guarantees you the highest level of security. This means that 3 persons – and never just one individual – must always be present at each relocation, one representative of the trustee, one representative of the custodian and one representative of the depository. This also implies that the trustee supervises and records every storage and removal operation.
Is a permit from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) required?
No, BaFin does not require a licence for such financial transactions.
Can I also buy my precious metals in small monthly instalments?
Absolutely! For example, if you wish to make your deposit within the framework of a savings plan. The minimum monthly instalment is then €10.
Can I divide my investment as I wish?
Yes, as soon as you have purchased your gold, you will receive a message telling you how much gold (in grams) has been placed in your custody account.
How does Hartmann & Benz GmbH ensure that my money is used exclusively according to the contract?
As part of the control of the use of funds of the Treuhandgesellschaft AG it is ensured that your money is only used for the purpose of acquiring precious metals. Access to the vault of the company does not exist for individuals, but only according to the proven 6-eye principle, so that 3 persons must always be present during relocation processes, namely one representative each of the trustee, the depository and the depository.
What are the reasons for investing my money in precious metals right now?

Yes, of course! Serious refineries enclose a certificate of authenticity with every gold bar. We pass this on to them. We reserve the right to make changes.
The weight of gold is indicated in ounces - what does that mean?
An ounce, also known as a troy ounce, is a weight indication for precious metal coins or precious metal bars. If I buy 1 ounce of gold, e.g. as a bar, then I get about 31 grams of gold, or more precisely 31.1034768 grams. The same applies to the other precious metals: silver, palladium and platinum.
Which sources of supply does easygold24 have?
We purchase our authenticity-tested bars exclusively and directly from well-known manufacturers. Of course, we check not only the authenticity but also the state of preservation and the quality.
Is there a way to protect my ingots from signs of use, such as scratches?
Gold is a soft metal, which is why gold bars are usually delivered welded in so-called blisters. To ensure that the gold retains its full value and remains free of scratches and other signs of use, the blister should remain intact. Please note that gold ingots without blisters often achieve somewhat lower purchase prices.
How long does it take until I receive my goods?
As we are dependent on the delivery situation of the large refineries, it can take 4 to 60 working days until the goods arrive at your premises. In individual cases it can take longer – gold is currently a very sought-after commodity.

Hartmann & Benz GmbH guarantees without exception and without time limit the authenticity of the gold bars you have purchased from us.
Do I get a fixed price for my ordered goods?
Yes, the agreed purchase price is fixed. So you do not have to pay a surcharge for rising gold prices until delivery.
Are your gold bars very cheap? How does is it come?
We buy large quantities from the mints and on the commodity markets. In this way we achieve a significant price advantage. We are happy to pass this on to our valued customers.
Which payment term will I be granted?
We request advance payment within 24 hours (1 working day) after ordering. We will confirm your order immediately by e-mail. There you will also find our bank details.
Which mandatory data do I have to enter during registration?
After you have selected your products from our range, we ask you to enter the mandatory information marked with an *. You can also create a customer account with a password to be able to access it quickly for future orders – without having to enter your address details again.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail from you after my online order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with a request for payment. Please transfer the specified invoice amount within the next 24 hours. If the goods are shipped to you, we will inform you by e-mail.
How can I see if the goods are still in stock when I order?
The currently available quantities are indicated by us behind each item. If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated under item details with the note “sold out”. It is then unfortunately not possible to add the item to the shopping cart.

Valuables – in our case your precious metals – are shipped by UPS with this special, secure shipping method, namely in special save bags that appear to be package-neutral. These do not attract unwanted attention in the neighbourhood or at the entrance to the house. The delivery is also particularly fast (Express) and also on Saturday. This makes our logistics partner UPS ideal for the delivery of precious metals.
Will my data be passed on to third parties?
No, not at all! Of course, we observe all relevant regulations and laws for the protection of the data of our dear customers.
Gold purchase/sale
Which denomination is advisable?
We offer various denominations of bars from 0.1 g to 1 kg. However, we recommend the 1g denominations to our customers. These bars are easy to trade. This means that they could be sold quickly. Furthermore, the bars of 1g are very often traded at a higher price per gram. The reason is that each bar piece is minted, and this is, of course, associated with costs. Therefore – the smaller the denomination is, the higher is the surcharge on the material value of the gold.

You can shop with us by using the following payments methods: advance payment by bank transfer, Tether, USD Coin, TrueUSD.
How often are the prices updated?
We reserve the right to adjust the prices on a daily basis. Here, we follow the current stock prices.
Does vat have to be paid when buying gold?
Since 1 January 1993, gold is traded without vat. Therefore, the prices we show our customers are already the overall prices without delivery costs.
Is it possible to collect the gold from us in person and to pay in cash?
A collection is possible on agreement. However, it is important that the goods are paid online beforehand, Payment upon collection is not possible./learn_more]
Delivery can already take place 5 to 60 days after a delivery request. However, we recommend that the purchased gold should be delivered no earlier than after expiry of 12 months after buying. This is the only way to benefit from our bonus program.
Can the gold be delivered immediately after the purchase?
Where can the gold be resold?
All gold bars our customers buy from us are LBMA certified. Our customers can sell the gold they purchase from us, but that has not yet been delivered, back to us. However, there is no obligation to repurchase by us. After delivery, the gold can also be resold to banks or to other traders. Private sales are also possible.
How does the shipping take place?
The customer orders are only sent with full insurance. In the process, the gold bars are packed in a neutral box. We work with shipping companies that have a high level of awareness. These include UPS and the security service provider Prosegur. We deliver to the delivery address requested by the customer within 5 to 60 days. Currently, the shipping costs amount inclusively to €19.99 per delivery. Our customers receive a tracking number when shipped with UPS. For security reasons, this is not possible when shipped with Prosegur.
Safety
How safe is the storage?
We are very concerned about the security of the gold investments of our customers! This is why the bars are stored in high security strongroom installations which are monitored day and night. However, you can also take your precious metals home and are then responsible for the safe storage yourself.
Is it possible to buy from us anonymously?
Our customers usually have the opportunity to shop absolutely anonymously up to an order value of €1.999. Anonymously means that you can pay with cryptocurrencies anonymously and a personal identification does not have to take place. But an identification will also take place in these cases if we are legally obligated to do so in a particular case.
Are the data passed on to third parties?
Data protection of our customers is, of course, very important to us! Therefore, your data will be protected in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
What is the best way to keep your own precious metals safe?
After the purchase of precious metals, they can be kept safe in different ways. Many banks and savings banks offer lockers. Of course, storage at home is also possible. In this case, however, it is absolutely necessary to pay enough attention to safety against theft.
Escrow service
From what amount can I use the escrow service?
The trustee service can be used from a purchase sum of 50,000 € from 1 kg.
How can I register for the escrow service with Hartmann & Benz GmbH?
In the order process you simply select the “escrow service” under “payment provider”.
What advantages does the trustee service offer for both business partners - you and us?
Since we do not know each other personally, we handle the business through a trustee for both parties’ safety. Thus, the risk of fraud for the buyer is minimized and payment security for the seller is ensured.
It is said that the purchase is processed “step by step”. The first move is made by the buyer by paying the full purchase amount transferred to the escrow account. Then, in return, Hartmann and Benz GmbH sends ordered commodity (gold bars). After arrival and inspection of the goods (max. 48 hours) by the customer, the customer givesthe amount is usually free, i.e. the money deposited there is transferred to the merchant’s bank account, in this case the Hartmann & Benz GmbH, is transferred – unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
What advantages do I have as a buyer with the escrow service?
In case of a faulty delivery or if the wrong goods were delivered, you admit the trustee understand that you do not agree with the delivery and that the money already deposited will not be used for release forwarding to the dealer. With the escrow service you have maximum security with the purchase procedure.
What does the escrow service cost me?
The costs for the trustee service are a maximum of 0.9% of the turnover.
What is an escrow account and where can I see it?
Only registered users can see an escrow account. After a transaction the agreed amount will be transferred by the buyer to this account.
Isn't there a risk that my account details could be hacked in Internet payment transactions?
You can be sure that your account data will not be intercepted by unauthorized persons, because we work with standards that guarantee a high level of security.
What information do I need to provide when I transfer the funds to the escrow account?
In order to correctly assign the amount of money transferred to the trust account to the trust order you must enter the so-called trust order number as the reason for payment and make a corresponding commodity code.
Can I only use the escrow service in Germany?
You can use the trustee service worldwide without any restrictions.
