How can I open a free gold account?
Go to our website easygold24.com to the menu item ”registration”.
Do you already have an account?
Optionally, enter your username or the e-mail address in the upper field. The bottom field is for your password.
You can stay logged in, simply click on the appropriate field! Or do you need a new password? In this case, click on “password forgotten”!
Are you a new customer? Then you can set up a free account here.
In doing so, specify your desired username. Indicate your email address and choose a password. Following this, you must enter a character string. This is necessary to avoid spam messages and the like.
Place a check mark if you want to receive our newsletter!
After the submission, a confirmation link will be sent to your mail account. If you cannot see the link, please also have a look at the spam folder.
Once the account has been confirmed, you can always log in to field 1 in the future!
After logging in, you can see the contents of your account and all functions that are available to you as a logged in user.
Field 3
Delivery – you need this field if you have bought gold bars and want to deliver them to an address physically.
Field 4
Sell – you need this field if you would like to sell your purchased gold. Note – in the last 10 years, the gold price increased by about 101 percent. But sometimes, gold may also fall in price in the short term. We advise to never sell too soon.
Field 5
Transfer – with this button you are able to transfer your gold to another person who has a gold account with us!
Field 6
Deposit – before you can buy gold, you must transfer money to your personal account. This function is available to you via the ”deposit” button.
Field 7
Pay out – do you want to have your gold return or sales paid out at the end of the term? Then this button is intended for you.
Field 8
The gold bars – in field 8, you can see the different gold bars. Always with weight indication and degree of purity. And the serial number of the LBMA certificate.
Field 9
Bonus gold calculator – here, you can calculate how much return you will achieve when holding for 12 or 36 months and depending on how much weight.
Field 10
Here you can enter the grams of gold and see the bonus gold per month and year according to the holding period. At the same time, however, you see how much money you have to deposit for the purchase.
Field 11
Holding period and gold price – in this field, you can see the price depending on the selected holding period. Here, the price is valid per selected nominal value. You must deposit the money first so that you can shop. After this, simply select the desired versions. Then, at the very end, you only have to confirm your purchase (field 23).
Field 12
Wallet – here, you can see your current account balance for the purchase.
Field 13
My account – This section provides all details about your investment – from the account balance up to the deposited gold bars and the monthly return, etc.
Field 14
Orders – here you can see your orders.
Field 15
Transactions – internal transfers of gold bars.
Field 16
Addresses – where gold bars are to be physically delivered to. Depending on the denomination, they can be sent to different places.

Bank transfer – money transfers.

Financial news – our blog where you will find many interesting topics about gold and other financial topics – with new contributions per week.
Field 19
Limit – the money laundering act sets limits in cases of anonymous payments by buyers. Here you can see whether you can still act anonymously or not. When the limit is reached, we must ask you for verification of your person.

Contact – if you have any questions, our friendly support is there for you during the office hours.
Field 21
Logout – with this function, you log out of your personal space.
Field 22
Portfolio – a brief overview of your account balance – gold in grams – how much of this gold is presented in euros and your current credit from the monthly return.
Field 23
Binding purchase – the contents of your shopping cart – weight of the gold bars, Number of the gold bars and the price. By clicking on “binding purchase“, the purchase is regarded as complete, provided that your account shows the corresponding credit balance in euros.
Field 24
Credit balance – here you can see your current account balance in euros and deposit or pay out money.
Field 25
Lower right field – this is about the possible actions that you can perform with your physical gold bars. You can have the gold bars delivered, sell them, or transfer them to another person within easygold24!

Sum – sum in grams

Bonus gold freely available from – the date from which your bonus gold is physically delivered.
Field 28
Current bonus gold – the current amount of the bonus gold in grams.
Field 29
Bonus gold in % – what percentage of bonus gold you currently get per month.
Field 30
Order number – here you can see all of your orders, sorted by number, date, and amount!
Portfolio depositing and buying
Bild 1 Click on the “Deposit” button in the gold account
Bild 2 Choose the desired amount and click on “Add”
Bild 3 Fill out the form so that the invoice can be sent to you
Bild 4 Choose the desired type of transfer and do not forget to place a checkmark next to ”Have read the terms and conditions“.
Bild 5 Then you will find your order in the gold account including all details about the transfer.
Bild 6 The amount will be credited to you immediately after receipt and in the logged in state, you can now see your balance and buy gold with it. Under point 6, you can determine the term of 12 or 36 months. The price changes depending on the selection. Under point 7, you choose the gold and under point 8, you see a box below with the number of items and the sum. Click on the “Binding purchase” button there.
Bild 7 Point 9 – You now automatically proceed to checkout and again, you see all details. The details of the order at the bottom right, and your current balance on the left. Click on “Pay with deposit“,
Bild 8 In the portfolio, you will now see under 10 – your deposited gold with all details, such as weight, gold in euros and bonus gold value in euros. At the bottom of the page under 11 – you will see all details, such as the selected term, when you placed your order and the order number, the price per gram, your current stock, the monthly return, the current stock of bonus gold in grams, the total value of your gold investment and when your gold is freely available. However, you can dissolve the investment at any time – see our GTC. At the end of the term, you can decide what you would like to do with your gold. Sell, have it delivered, or transfer it to another person in an internal way.
This is about how to sell your gold:

If you click the button“sell“ you’ll be able to sell gold from different requests separately from each other.
Using the points 2,3 and 4 will enable you to sell either your complete gold portfolio or any other sum of gold from it.
2. Here you can see your complete gold portfolio.
3. Here you can fill in the sum of gold you want to sell.
4. Click the button „move on to sell“ to get forwarded to the confirmation of your contract.
5. This point repeats how much gold you want to sell and the price you want to achieve for it.
6. Click the button „sell gold“ to you confirm your contract.
Under the points 7 and 8 you can see the confirmation of your contract.
7. Here you can see how much gold you sold and the price you achieved for it.
8. Under this point you can see the complete sum remaining in your (virtual) wallet.
The canvassing of customers works like descripted below:
